The exhibit features artworks from the private collection of scholar Doreen Fernandez, the DLSU Museum collection, illustrations from published children’s books, and artworks by select members of Ang Illustrador ng Kabataan, with themes focused on children and nostalgic childhood memories.
“Tinker Tales: Ang INK 25th Anniversary Exhibit”

Tinker Tales is the 25th anniversary exhibit of Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan. The exhibit features artworks based on stories written by actual school children. The children created the names and devised a single-act story, which we, illustrators, bring to life. The story assigned to me was written by a child named Miguel. His story goes like this:
There was this tiger named Tygr. He loved playing with Joaquin the mouse. They loved eating pizza, eggs, and fish. From so much fun they did not realize they ate their friend Miguel the fish.
